Tuna Ticklers

What you need:

+ 1 can (6 1/2 oz.) water pack tuna, drained
+ 1/2 c. (2 oz.) diced Wisconsin Baby Swiss or Swiss cheese (diced into 1/4 in. squares)
+ 1/2 c. chopped celery
+ 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
+ 1/2 tsp. onion salt
+ 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
+ 1/3 c. plain yogurt
+ 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
+ 6 English muffins or 6 pocket breads, warmed
+ 1 1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts
What to do:
1. In medium bowl, stir together tuna, Swiss cheese, celery, green pepper and seasoning. In small bowl, mix yogurt and mayonnaise with fork and stir into tuna mixture.
2. Fill muffins or pocket bread with 1/4 c. tuna mixture and top with sprouts.
